Our flagship coaching program is individualized to fit your lifestyle and goals while being mindful of your limitations and history with nutrition and dieting. With this program, we help many people achieve physical, fitness, and health goals while inviting them to understand themselves as whole human beings and learn that their value and identity are derived from their internal self and not their external selves.

TL/DR: Yea, we will help you with your physical goals but we will trick you into loving yourself along the way. 

The monthly coaching includes:

  • A personalized nutrition plan to get you started.
  • A dedicated coach to walk with you through this process. Aka, your new best friend.
  • Gentle suggestions for lifestyle improvement.
  • Exercise, training, and fitness advice and feedback.
  • Pre and post workout nutrition recommendations when applicable.
  • Competition/Race day nutrition plans when applicable.

The monthly coaching does not include:

  • Meal plans
  • Fitness programming

The value in coaching is the guidance and accountability throughout the process of improving nutrition for any goal. We recommend that you only sign up for coaching if you can commit to a minimum of 3 months. The average time a client spend with coaching is 7-9 months, but many stick with us for a long term relationship.
