This is a personalized, hands-on program designed to help you build lasting habits that align with your short-term goals and long-term vision for the future. This service is rooted in the belief that real health is about finding balance, not following fad diets, or using restrictive rules. This is a hands on service which allows us to work together to focus on creating sustainable lifestyle changes that empower you to reach your goals and power your potential.

You’ll receive the following with this one-on-one coaching service:

No one-size-fits-all meal plans or rigid rules. We help you build a healthy relationship with food that works for your lifestyle and preferences. Our approach focuses on flexibility, making adjustments as needed while keeping your unique needs in mind. This could include tracking calories, macros, or a more simpler approach depending on your goals and preferences.

Habits are the foundation of long-term success. We’ll work closely with you to identify key habits to focus on, whether it’s improving your sleep, enhancing your fitness routine, managing stress effectively, or setting better boundaries at work or at home. Each habit is approached in manageable steps that build consistency.

You’re never alone on your journey. You’ll be paired with a dedicated coach who aligns with your goals and preferences. With two check-ins each week, we stay in the loop with how you are progressing, assist in overcoming challenges, and celebrate your big and small wins together!  We feel this level of support is what sets us apart. It helps ensure you feel supported, motivated, and empowered to work towards your goals, no matter how big or small they may be.

We are not just experts in nutrition, we are experts in habits, goal setting, and behavior change. We rely on up to date research and coaching theory to break down complex goals into simple ones, explore internal resistance to change, develop a more clear picture of core values, and ensure a high level of self determination and autonomy throughout the process so that you not only reach your milestones, but you do so with confidence. As a one-on-one nutrition client, you’ll receive complimentary access to our Tactic Functional Fitness Program. This progressive, functional training program is designed for all fitness levels, with options for beginners, those with limited equipment, or anyone tight on time. It’s the perfect complement to your personalized coaching, helping you build strength and reach your goals, no matter your starting point.

You cannot fail. Actually. You can’t screw this up. Every experience is a step towards growth. The most successful people on earth are also the ones who have failed the most. We know that failure is a great teacher and that no one grows without a little bit of struggle. We will help you embrace challenges and failures as tools to fine-tune the process and approach.

Payment is made on a monthly basis, but we suggest you commit to the program for at least three months as new habits generally take 8-12 weeks to implement and to see benefits from the results.


If you have purchased a plan with us, this program provides guidance for implementation of the plan and valuable accountability once the plan is implemented.

If you need a plan we can help

If you are someone who has experience with nutrition, has successfully implemented basic nutrition plans in the past, and can maintain accountability without support, then the Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan Only option might be for you.This is a macros and calories based plan and is recommended for those who have recently tracked or are currently tracking their intake. The plan does not include ongoing coaching or follow-up, but is customized based on your feedback from a detailed questionnaire, requiring a solid understanding of your current intake and habits. It is highly recommended that you spend at least 3-5 days tracking your intake accurately before signing up for this option.

With this service, you’ll receive:

  • A personalized nutrition plan tailored to your macronutrient and calorie needs, aligned with your activity level and goals.
  • Suggestions for lifestyle improvements, such as sleep, stress management, daily activity, and feedback on exercise or training.
  • Pre- and post-workout nutrition recommendations, when applicable.

This plan does not include:

  • A meal plan

We create a fully personalized, remote fitness program tailored to your goals, equipment availability, and lifestyle.

You’ll receive high-quality, individualized programming from experienced coaches, starting with an in-depth consultation and assessment. From there, we design a custom training plan just for you. Your feedback and results are reviewed weekly, allowing us to adjust the program as needed to ensure it evolves with your progress and fits you perfectly.
