The Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan only option is best for individuals who have experience with implementing nutrition plans, are highly self motivated, and don't struggle with lack of accountability. This plan does not come with on-going coaching or follow up.
The Nutrition and lifestyle plan is customized to fit your lifestyle, goals, and history. It includes:
- A personalized nutrition plan based on macronutrient and calorie intake that is appropriate for your activity level and goals.
- Suggestions for lifestyle improvement as needed (sleep, stress management, non-exercise activity, exercise/training feedback)
- Pre and post workout nutrition recommendations when applicable.
- Race/Competition day recommendations when applicable.
The Nutrition and lifestyle plan does not include:
- A meal plan
- Fitness programming
A client who signs up for a plan only option that decides they would benefit from coaching will have the option to upgrade to coaching down the road.
