This service includes 2-3 checkins via text per week focusing on anything that you feel you need support with lifestyle and wellness related. It does or does not need to include nutrition and / or fitness as a focus. That is up to you to decide! This coaching is highly personal!
We recommend that you only sign up for coaching if you can commit to a minimum of 3 months. The average time a client spend with coaching is 7-9 months, but many stick with us for a long term relationship.
