Each client will receive:
- 1:1 Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset Coaching to support race, body composition, and health goals
- Includes a Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan that is used as a jumping off point
- Includes 2-3 text messaged based checkins/week
- Macros based nutrition coaching
- Personalized running program based on personal time commitment, current ability, race distance, and goals.
- Access to a group chat with all the other members of Tactic Run Club
- Access to a group Strava with all the other members of Tactic Run Club
- Participation in a biweekly group Zoom that occurs the first Thursday of every month at 5pmMST and the third Wednesday of every month at 10amMST where we talk about our training wins, advice, struggles, favourite GU gel flavours, and running shoes.
