Success breeds success
Since I started working with Meredith I’ve seen and felt a big difference in my body. I lost a few pounds in the beginning, got a better aerobic capacity, but didn’t lose any strength. I am eating pretty much the same food as before, BUT I am eating the right amount now. I am much more recovered before each session, and I don’t feel drained during my off-days.
My sleep is also better, and I’ve learned how important it is for training and recovery.
I am very happy that I started to work with Meredith and I am looking forward to see how it can help me during bigger competitions.
