Meredith has been in the nutrition coaching space since 2015. What started as a fascination with the science of performance nutrition slowly grew into a love for a more holistic approach to nutrition and behavior for performance, health, wellness, and longevity.
She combines her strong scientific and engineering background with an empathetic and open communication style to create an evidence based coaching experience that pushes her clients to learn more about themselves as they grow in the direction of their goals. She has worked with clients across the entire spectrum of humans, from Olympic athletes to everyday people. She is a lifelong student and has curated a coaching approach that draws from some of the best behavior change practitioners and nutrition minds in the space.
More than anything, Meredith knows that there is no one size fits all approach and has helped many people uncover their potential through open and honest conversation about goals, core values, fears, failures, and successes.
She has a B.S. in Biological Engineering and 6 years experience in biopharmacetutical process development, she is an active member of the Canadian and American Society for Nutrition, contributing writer for The Morning Chalk Up, and spends her free time exercising, reading, and spending as much time in the mountains as she possibly can.
